UPDATE June 2026: There is now a new PAPER PASS option for youth without access to a smart phone. Ensure you’re choosing the correct option for the youth you’re enrolling. REMEMBER: Each youth can only be enrolled in EITHER a Paper Pass or the LePass App. Youth already enrolled for one type of pass are NOT eligible to enroll in the other.
